Hydrotherapy Sessions
Hydrotherapy is derived from the Greek word meaning water healing. It is controlled aquatic exercise in heated water. Its value comes about because of the effects of the warmth and pressure of the water and in particular the buoyancy provided. The Goldfishbowl Swim School maintains a constant water temperature of 32 degrees.
